This page describes the Resistance tool results.
When several sequences are analysed, the result page shows a summary table like the one below, with links to detailed information (see Annotate help).
The Resistance result file contains detailed information about the drug resistance profiling as shown below. The resistance status code used are: R=Resistant, I=Intermediate and S=Sensitive.
The table below lists the drugs to which resistance is checked for, the resistance status and the mutations searched in the sequence(s).
